2018

 

Riva is underwriting two new projects with closing expected by June 2018:

PROJECT 1

Located in a consolidated touristic river front area and the strategy is redevelopment to residential/coworking/co-living solution.

PROJECT 2

The other project is located in a consolidated high-end area and the strategy is conversion from office building to high-end residential units and high-end street retail
